Job summary

Equip is a fully virtual company delivering evidence-based eating disorder treatment across the United States. We are hiring a Licensed Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based therapies via telehealth and maintaining licensure across jurisdictions.

The role offers Flex PTO (3–5 weeks), company holidays, EAP, extensive benefits, and a strong focus on clinician well-being. Expect 30–40 caseload with 20–26 hours direct care weekly and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in West Virginia.
• Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments for eating disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy in a virtual clinic.
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, and CBT for ARFID and related treatments.
• Maintain a caseload of 30–40 with direct care hours and administrative tasks.
• Participate in trainings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licensure in other states as requested.
