Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver virtual care for perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will conduct video visits, collaborate with a medical team, and support patients through multi-week programs focused on metabolic and bone health.

As an independent contractor, you control your schedule and manage documentation with AI-assisted charting. Compensation is per active visit hour, with onboarding bonuses and flexible, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with a US state license.
• Minimum 2 years providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Experience with telehealth platforms, EMR, and collaborative care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits for one-on-one nutrition care during midlife transitions.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to deliver cohesive care plans.
• Guide patients through multi-week programs and support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic and bone health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to privacy standards.
