Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful selling experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device and/or relevant clinical or industry experience.
• Experience calling on Dermatologists/Dermatology experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated business and strategic planning skills to identify opportunities and adapt to market changes.
• Understanding of managed care landscape and its impact on business.
• Strong verbal, influencing, presentation and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and success working in teams.
• Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Support account on-boarding through education.
• Engage in clinical selling activities and deliver the clinical value proposition.
• Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
• Coordinate and support clinical education opportunities for HCPs.
• Conduct account management activities within Dermatology practices and clinics.
• Attain sales goals and objectives by delivering product volume and other key metrics in the Territory.
• Establish professional relationships with HCPs and stakeholders to support safe and effective product use.
• Develop and deliver targeted sales messages to HCPs based on approved materials.
• Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement with decision makers.
