Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (BA/BS).
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales or 2+ years if internal Takeda experience.
• Dermatology experience preferred.
• Strong business and strategic planning skills.
• Understanding of managed care landscape.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Reside in or near the assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs and onboard accounts.
• Deliver clinical value propositions and guide customers through education continuum.
• Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
• Coordinate clinical education opportunities for HCPs.
• Conduct account management within Dermatology practices, clinics, and hospitals.
• Achieve sales goals and manage product volume in the territory within brand strategy.
• Develop relationships with decision makers to support safe and effective use of products.
• Present complex clinical and business information to dermatology professionals and groups.
• Develop and implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs for knowledge expansion.
