Job summary

Fullmind invites qualified educators to join its remote teaching pool. As a 1099 contractor, you’ll choose available openings that match your certification and deliver district curricula via the virtual platform. Start dates depend on placements and completion of the application steps.

You’ll need an active state teaching certificate, a Bachelor's degree, and access to a reliable computer and internet. Prior online teaching is a plus, and this contract does not include benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and hold an active, USA state-issued teaching certification.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration and submit a background check as part of the application process.

Responsibilities

• Access the educator portal to select the jobs you take on.
• Teach the school's curriculum on the district's virtual platform.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.
• Foster creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
• Engage and nurture student learning through relationship-focused strategies.
• Track student grades and performance.
• Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings.
• Partner with the in-class facilitator physically present with students.
