Job summary

Fullmind is seeking a High School Integrated Math 1 & 2 educator to join our remote contractor pool. You will select placements via the educator portal, deliver curriculum virtually, and develop lesson plans aligned with district standards.

The role is a 1099 Independent Contractor with immediate start based on placements. Strong online teaching skills and a California teaching credential are required; benefits are not included.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States with California Moderate to Severe teaching certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional educator experience is required.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Laptop/desktop computer, webcam, headset and reliable internet access are required.
• Background check and virtual skills teaching demonstration are part of the application process.

Responsibilities

• Access the educator portal to select the jobs you take on.
• Teach the school's curriculum on the district's virtual platform.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.
• Foster creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
• Engage and nurture student learning through thoughtful, relationship-focused strategies.
• Track student grades and performance.
• Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings.
• Partner with the in-class facilitator physically present with students.

Job description

• Role: High School Integrated Math 1 & 2
• Fully remote, 1099 contract opportunity.
• Daily Rate: $200; rates are negotiable and subject to change.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Monday: 1 PM to 3 PM PST (Staff Meeting and Math Support Hour)
• Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM to 1:45 PM PST
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM to 3 PM PST (PLC time from 2-3 PM)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration + submit a background checkas part of the application process.
• Prior online teaching experience is a plus!
