Fabric Labs, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Virtual Care in the US. The role focuses on identifying bottlenecks in asynchronous and synchronous visits and translating insights into shipped improvements.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and clinical leads, while engaging CIOs/CMIOs at health systems. Based in New York City with three days per week in our Manhattan office, you’ll own defined roadmap segments and grow scope as data proves value, while ensuring HIPAA and SOC 2

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner at a tech company, focused on consumer-facing products.
• Record of taking features from discovery through launch and measuring their effect on users.
• Passion for AI shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects, and staying current on AI research and tools.
• Fluency with modern prototyping tools and comfort with design and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Virtual Care roadmap by weighing customer feedback, usage data, market trends, and input from stakeholders.
• Run discovery with clinicians, patients, and health system teams to find where a visit slows down or drops off.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship consumer-grade experiences and low-friction clinician workflows.
• Track adoption and measure outcomes to decide what to fix, expand, or stop.
