Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management.
• Strong executor: can ship with ambiguity.
• Solid data instincts: define metrics and use data.
• Comfort with technical and clinical complexity (FHIR, EHR).
• Genuine care for providers and members, strong collaboration.
• Fluency with AI and willingness to prototype AI features.

Responsibilities

• Own Care Delivery capabilities end-to-end, provider workflows and billing infra.
• Make crisp, well-reasoned product decisions balancing clinical accuracy and provider experience.
• Use AI hands-on to prototype and ship AI-powered features.
• Partner with engineering, design, clinical and operations to deliver platform capabilities.
• Translate regulatory and quality requirements into clean product experiences.
• Instrument, monitor, and iterate based on data.
