Fabric Health is seeking a Product Manager for Virtual Care to own parts of the roadmap and drive improvements that reduce visit friction for patients and clinicians. You will work with engineers, designers, and clinical leads to ship consumer-grade experiences and ensure safety and HIPAA compliance.
The role sits in New York City with three days per week in our Manhattan office, offering ownership, data-backed decision making, and opportunities to shape a rapidly growing healthcare product.
At Fabric Health, we are powering boundless care by solving healthcare’s biggest challenge: clinical capacity. We aren’t here to disrupt healthcare; we’re here to fix it. We unify the care journey from intake to treatment, using intelligent automation to remove administrative burdens and make care delivery 2-10x more efficient. Our technology empowers clinicians to move faster and focus on what matters most: the patient.
We are a mission-driven team of brilliant minds trusted by leading organizations including Intermountain Health, OSF HealthCare, SSM Health, and MUSC Health. Our vision is backed by premier investors such as Thrive Capital, GV (Google Ventures), General Catalyst, and Salesforce Ventures. We move quickly for good reason, listen deeply to solve big challenges, and build products with the same care and quality we’d want for our own loved ones. On Fabric Virtual Care, a clinician can finish an asynchronous visit in about 89 seconds, because intake, symptom assessment, and triage are done before the encounter begins. Keeping a visit that fast for the clinician and that simple for the patient, at every health system that goes live, is the work. As our Product Manager for Virtual Care, you find what slows a visit down on either side of the screen and turn it into shipped improvements. You work with engineers, designers, and the clinical leads behind our protocols, and you sit across the table from customers, including CIOs, CMIOs, and the leaders who run virtual care at health systems. Virtual Care supports video, phone, chat, and asynchronous visits, runs inside Epic and Oracle Health, and Fabric is now expanding into virtual primary care. You start by owning defined parts of the roadmap and grow your scope as your calls prove out in the data. This seat fits someone a few years into product management who wants more ownership and a direct line to the people who use what they build. Every visit carries protected health information, so HIPAA and SOC 2 shape how you scope features, read usage data, and run pilots. You use AI tools to synthesize customer interviews, draft specs, and prototype ideas, and evaluate where AI can take administrative work off clinicians. You help decide where AI belongs in the visit itself, with clinical safety as the bar. This role is based in New York City, with three days a week in our Manhattan office.
The national pay range for this role is $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as the candidate's geographic market, experience, skills, and qualifications. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation, including a comprehensive benefits package such as medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, and a 401(k) plan, stock options and bonuses. If your compensation requirement is greater than our posted range, please still consider applying; a determination can be made based on unique qualifications. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time.
