Job summary

Fabric Health is seeking a Product Manager for Virtual Care to own parts of the roadmap and drive improvements that reduce visit friction for patients and clinicians. You will work with engineers, designers, and clinical leads to ship consumer-grade experiences and ensure safety and HIPAA compliance.

The role sits in New York City with three days per week in our Manhattan office, offering ownership, data-backed decision making, and opportunities to shape a rapidly growing healthcare product.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner at a technology company.
• Proven track record taking features from discovery through launch and measuring impact.
• Passion for AI demonstrated through building or side projects; stays current on AI tools.
• Fluency with prototyping tools and collaboration platforms (Figma, Git) and ability to work with design teams.
• Data-driven mindset; comfortable writing SQL to answer questions and shaping strategy.
• Comfort with low-code/no-code deployment tools to ship features quickly.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Virtual Care roadmap by integrating feedback, usage data, and market trends.
• Run discovery with clinicians and health-system teams to identify friction points in visits.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship consumer-grade experiences for patients and clinicians.
• Track adoption and outcomes to decide what to fix, expand, or stop; ensure HIPAA compliance from the start.
