Job summary

voize, a fast-growing healthcare AI startup, is seeking a Founding Product Manager for the US. You will own the US product vision, scale pilots into a commercial offering, and work with the CEO and Head of Product, Markets in our New York hub.

You’ll partner with nurses on-site, define what we prove first, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver impact. You’ll navigate regulated healthcare environments, shape the product strategy, and drive outcomes with engineers and ML experts.

Qualifications

• You’ve shipped into high-stakes, complex regulated environments, such as healthcare, fintech, field services, logistics, or similar.
• Systems thinking comes naturally, and you work fluently with engineers and ML as a peer.
• You’re action oriented with partial information and adapt quickly.
• You have strong product taste and set a high bar for what you ship and where you want to go.

Responsibilities

• Shape the business. Decide with the CEO and GTM what we sell, to whom, and what the product has to prove first.
• Pioneer with nurses onsite and in care homes to learn workflows and build a product they love.
• Build, test, repeat to turn pilots into evidence on usage and value in real workflows.
• Ship what matters by writing sharp requirements and tracking metrics.
• Make hard calls on what is reusable platform vs US-specific and manage EHR integration.
