Job summary

Maven Clinic is building the Care Delivery infrastructure that powers virtual women's and family care at scale. You’ll own specific capabilities end-to-end, shaping provider workflows, documentation, scheduling, and billing systems to be reliable and measurable.

You will pair with engineering and clinical partners to ship robust platform features, leverage AI to improve care workflows, and translate regulatory needs into usable product experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, ideally in healthcare tech or regulated domains.
• Strong executor who ships despite ambiguity.
• Solid data instincts; defines metrics and communicates findings.
• Comfort with technical and clinical complexity, including EHR workflows.
• Genuine care for providers and members; strong collaboration.
• Fluency with AI; prototype with AI tools to improve care delivery.
• Bonus: experience with EHR/EMR systems or provider tools.

Responsibilities

• Own Care Delivery capabilities end-to-end: provider workflows, documentation, scheduling, and billing infra.
• Make crisp product decisions balancing clinical accuracy and provider experience.
• Use AI to prototype and integrate AI-powered features where they improve care delivery.
• Partner with engineering, design, and clinical teams to ship reliable platform capabilities.
• Translate regulatory and quality requirements into clean product experiences.
• Instrument shipped features, monitor performance, and iterate with data.
