Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive virtual care nursing strategy aligned with Vanderbilt Health's mission and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to expand virtual nursing, telehealth, and digital care capabilities across inpatient and procedural settings.
• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate emerging technologies and care delivery models that improve access, quality, safety, workforce effectiveness, and financial performance.
• Serve as the executive nursing sponsor for virtual care initiatives and organizational change management efforts.
• Provide administrative and operational oversight for virtual nursing programs and centralized virtual care operations.
• Develop scalable models for admission, discharge, patient education, care coordination, and ongoing clinical monitoring via virtual platforms.
• Establish operational metrics, service standards, staffing models, and performance expectations.
• Ensure integration of virtual care workflows into bedside nursing practice.
• Lead efforts to improve patient outcomes, quality indicators, patient experience, and nursing-sensitive metrics in virtual care.
• Collaborate with IT, informatics, and digital strategy to optimize virtual care technologies.
• Develop budgets and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost optimization in virtual care programs.
