Job summary
Vanderbilt Health is recruiting an Associate Nursing Officer, Virtual Care to lead strategic and operational efforts across virtual nursing and technology-enabled care delivery. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer of Vanderbilt University Hospital, the ANO will shape innovative care models and ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications
- Nursing degree required; BSN is required.
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience.
- Doctoral degree and national nursing leadership certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a virtual care nursing strategy aligned with the hospital's mission.
- Oversee virtual nursing programs and telehealth operations.
- Lead quality, safety, and regulatory compliance for digital care.
- Foster nursing practice innovations and workforce resilience.
- Collaborate with IT, informatics, and clinical teams on technology-enabled care.
- Manage budgets and resources for virtual care services.
- Represent nursing and virtual care on organizational committees.
