Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for the Virtual Care Now team. The APP will deliver virtual urgent and primary care, working independently under established procedures and referring complex cases to physicians as needed.

The role requires at least 3 years of APP experience, Master’s degree, PA/NCCPA or APN/RN/NP credentials, and state licensure. Scheduling includes full-time, virtual, 40 hours per week, with one weekend shift.

Qualifications

• 3 years of APP experience.
• CDS and DEA licenses.
• BLS certification.
• Master's Degree.
• PA License and NCCPA.
• APN License and RN License.
• NP Certification.

Responsibilities

• Records patient progress notes, issues orders, and transcribes orders.
• Develops plan of care with multidisciplinary team.
• Instructs patient and family regarding medications and treatment.
• Maintains patient records per standards.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives.
