Qualifications

• CDS and DEA certification required.
• BLS certification essential.
• Master's degree or Graduate Level Certification required.
• Current NJ APN for nurse practitioners.
• Nurse Practitioner Certification mandatory.
• Must have RN License.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive health assessments.
• Initiates individualized medical care plans.
• Monitors and adjusts patients' medication.
• Provides preventive and follow-up care.
• Documents patient information accurately.
• Acts as a resource and teacher for the health care team.
