Job summary

UW Health is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider in a 100% virtual role to support primary care through scheduled visits and asynchronous In-Basket coverage. You will work at the top of your license, using electronic health records to provide high-quality care and safe triage for diverse patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: NP with Master’s/ Doctorate in Nursing or PA with Bachelor’s/ Master’s in PA program.
• NP: Active RN and APNP license in Wisconsin and NP board certification in Adult; Adult/Gerontology Primary Care; Family.
• PA: Active PA license in Wisconsin and PA board certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient health needs as part of an interdisciplinary team through virtual primary care.
• Provide clinical care by assessing, diagnosing, and creating treatment plans via virtual health modalities.
• Be integral to in-basket work, workflows and coverage for team members who are out.
