The candidate will coordinate distance learning functions, serve as a primary contact, assist with LMS issues, and help maintain accessibility standards and communications across the Virtual Campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience in higher education or distance learning environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative functions for distance learning and Virtual Campus.
• Serve as primary contact for faculty, staff, and students on online learning initiatives.
• Assist with troubleshooting the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide tech support as needed.
• Support ADA accessibility compliance and accessible online courses.
• Develop and distribute informational materials, surveys, and communications.
• Maintain Virtual Campus web content and student resources.
• Supervise and support student employees.
• Participate in evaluating educational technologies and recommending software solutions.
• Develop and deliver workshops and training sessions for faculty and students.
• Collaborate with campus partners to enhance online and hybrid programming.
