Job summary

BMCC, a senior college of the City University of New York, seeks an Academic Technology and Student Success Manager to lead the Digital Education Center. The role oversees the campus LMS and other learning technologies, supports faculty, and partners with CETLS and learning designers.

The position reports to the Director of Digital Education, manages staff, develops training, and helps students succeed through online learning resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and six years' relevant experience required.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as campus lead LMS administrator, manage system access and configuration.
• Manage other educational technologies (Zoom, Padlet, VoiceThread, Hypothesis).
• Develop training for staff and faculty on LMS and learning tools.
• Coordinate student support within the Digital Education Center and supervise staff.
• Collaborate with CETLS and learning experience designers to support student success.
