Job summary

Pomelo Care seeks experienced birth and full-spectrum doulas to join its growing network of carers. This independent contractor role offers virtual and in-person support for families in Arizona's core counties, with flexible scheduling in evenings and weekends and access to Pomelo's credentialing, billing, and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Certification as a birth and/or full-spectrum doula.
• Experience working as a doula with pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and postpartum recovery.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse families.

Responsibilities

• Educate and guide families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
• Improve birth outcomes by supporting families during transition.
• Maintain timely and accurate visit and birth support documentation.
• Follow Pomelo documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards.
