Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client growth.
• Demonstrates a hospitable, client-first service approach.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills for phone, video, and email.
• Able to learn products and procedures quickly and accurately.
• Works well in a team to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity.
• Understands and adheres to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, client-first service and collaborate with teammates to provide appropriate solutions.
• Exceed client expectations and create a warm, inviting environment.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications to identify financial needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Cultivate client relationships with active listening and thoughtful questioning, referring to experts as needed.
• Partner with Chase Partners to connect customers to specialists for advanced needs.
• Guide clients in using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for a better experience.
• Meet or exceed metrics for client engagement and referrals while staying informed on Chase products and trends.
• Resolve client issues promptly with attention to detail for a positive experience.
