Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Virtual Customer Service: Provide personalized banking support via phone, video, chat, and email.
• Digital Tools: Use virtual banking platforms and assist with login issues and technical errors.
• Account Management: Assist with transfers, maintenance, debit card inquiries, and enrollment in self-service products.
• Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments to resolve complex client issues.
• Compliance: Adhere to banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high service quality and contribute to process improvements.
