Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience with bank operations training/education.
• At least 4 years of related experience in customer service, sales support, and call center operations.
• NMLS registration or ability to obtain and maintain, as applicable.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities with advanced communication and emotional intelligence.
• Solid mathematical aptitude and general accounting knowledge; proficient with digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage and advise customers in a virtual environment to attract, retain, and grow relationships.
• Deliver high-quality service by resolving inquiries related to deposits, loans, fees, and digital services.
• Educate and support customers in the use of digital banking tools and technology-based services.
• Identify customer needs and refer clients to internal partners to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Support onboarding outreach and participation in targeted sales campaigns.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls; de-escalate customer concerns with empathy and problem solving.
• Utilize bank systems to document interactions, track referrals, and manage follow-up.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, systems, and procedures; participate in training.
• Collaborate with team members through knowledge sharing and teamwork.
• Consistently meet or exceed customer engagement, sales and referral goals; adhere to policies and risk management.
