Job summary

Charlesbridge Weymouth, MA is seeking a Virtual Banking Advisor I to assist clients remotely via video, chat, email and phone, promoting the bank’s products and services.

You will handle transactions, account maintenance, password resets and other service requests while upholding privacy, accuracy and regulatory standards. This full-time role requires a high school diploma and banking or call center experience with comfort using digital banking tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years banking or call center experience.
• Experience with electronic delivery systems including Internet/Mobile Banking and eStatements is preferred.
• Ability to present information clearly and handle client inquiries across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Assist/advice clients via electronic delivery systems with transactions and account changes.
• Cross-sell products by identifying opportunities and following referral procedures.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly while maintaining privacy and compliance.
