Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years in inside, outside, retail, or a similar sales role preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service, sales, or retention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in daily customer communication and follow-up via calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Understand customer needs and opportunities to tailor product messaging.
