T-Mobile for Business seeks a Business Account Expert, Virtual Business, to cultivate new SMB customers and manage an existing base. You will build relationships over the phone, solve challenges, and target monthly quotas while handling discovery, opportunity management, and closing deals.

The role emphasizes high-volume calls, emails, and meetings, with empowerment through training and strong communication skills. This is a remote, quota-driven position supporting nationwide clients.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years sales experience in inside/outside/retail or similar role preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in customer service, sales and/or retention preferred.

Mansioni

• Engage in daily customer communication via calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to match products/services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Maintain an active pipeline and document interactions, quotes and progress in CRM.
• Attend required product and service trainings to stay knowledgeable.
