We are seeking highly motivated and dependable Virtual Assistants who are passionate about accuracy, digital tools, and client communication. You will be responsible for helping our internal team monitor campaign traffic, verify customer transactions, log project data, and provide seamless updates to our account specialists.

This is a remote, freelance position suitable for individuals from any professional background or location. Applicants from any niche are welcome to apply. However, all candidates must pass a manual interview and secure onboarding process before final selection.

  • Monitor customer transaction reports and payment confirmations
  • Log and track traffic sent by clients across multiple platforms
  • Conduct data entry and generate simple internal performance reports
  • Provide administrative support to our compliance and marketing departments
  • Assist in internal task coordination and documentation updates
  • Follow standard operating procedures and remote task flows
  • Communicate progress to internal teams through our project environment
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Basic understanding of online marketing platforms is a plus
