Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Certified Online Business Manager (OBM) to oversee the operations of multiple successful businesses including the Multipassionate Chiropreneur program, She Slays the Day podcast, and Beyond Brick & Mortar membership. The ideal candidate will serve as the operational partner to Dr. Lauryn Brunclik, taking ownership of systems, team management, and business growth strategy.

This role goes beyond administrative support to include strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of business operations across all platforms. You will be responsible for managing a team of virtual assistants, overseeing projects from conception to completion, and ensuring all business systems run efficiently to support continued growth.

Strong preference for candidates based in Minnesota or Wisconsin area who can occasionally meet in person for strategic planning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Management

  • Serve as the strategic operational partner to the business owner, freeing her to focus on content creation, coaching, and vision
  • Create, implement, and optimize systems and processes across multiple business ventures
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all key business functions
  • Analyze metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and growth
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Coordinate quarterly and annual business planning sessions
  • Oversee and manage a team of virtual assistants, ensuring clear communication and accountability
  • Conduct team meetings and provide regular feedback to team members
  • Identify training needs and implement professional development opportunities
  • Manage contractor relationships, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Create effective workflows that maximize team efficiency and output

Program & Membership Management

  • Oversee the operations of the Beyond Brick & Mortar membership program
  • Manage the logistics of the Multipassionate Chiropreneur 10-week program
  • Ensure seamless member experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement
  • Coordinate live events, workshops, and the annual financial workshop
  • Develop and implement member retention strategies
  • Track program metrics and make recommendations for improvements

Content & Marketing Operations

  • Manage the production schedule for the She Slays the Day podcast
  • Oversee the repurposing of content across multiple platforms
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and automation sequences
  • Ensure timely delivery of lead magnets and promotional materials
  • Oversee launch strategies for courses and programs
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and offerings

Financial & Business Growth

  • Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities for increased profitability
  • Assist in developing and managing program budgets
  • Coordinate with financial professionals as needed
  • Help implement pricing strategies and offer structures
  • Support the development of new income streams and business ventures

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Certification as an Online Business Manager (OBM) or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing online businesses, preferably in the coaching, education, or healthcare sectors
  • Proven track record of managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Kajabi, podcast production, and online membership platforms
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, funnels, and digital product launches
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to think strategically while also managing day-to-day operations
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership

Preferred:

  • Located in Minnesota or Wisconsin for occasional in-person strategic sessions
  • Familiarity with the chiropractic or healthcare industry
  • Experience with personal branding and content strategy
  • Knowledge of ClickUp, Asana, or other project management software
  • Background in scaling online businesses from 6 to 7 figures
  • Understanding of StrengthsFinder, Enneagram, or other personality assessment tools

Work Arrangements:

  • Remote position with flexible hours
  • Occasional in-person meetings (preference for MN/WI candidates)
  • Part-time (20-25 hours/week) to start with potential to grow into full-time
  • Competitive compensation based on experience and certifications
  • Contractor relationship initially with potential for long-term partnership
