Job Responsibilities

• Call, email, and use various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of the lead
• Receive all inbound calls to answer questions and convert leads into new patients
• Work with patients to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided
• Encourage happy patients to send us their success stories
• Share patient success stories during daily company meeting
• Implement our Care system to follow-up with our patients to provide 5 star service
• Check-in and checkout patients

• You must truly have a caring heart and truly want to help people improve their health, if you are mainly focused on how much money you can make, we are not the team for you
• You must speak Fluent English (ie. someone on the phone can understand what you're saying w/o straining)
• You must be organized and be able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities everyday. If you’re looking to only do one or two tasks per day, we are the wrong team for you.
• You must be able to follow instructions exactly as written, if you don’t like reading or following instructions, we are not the right team for you
• You must have a good heart. If you like to gossip behind peoples back, please don’t apply.
• You must value Results over effort. If you like to be paid based on how many tasks you completed or how much responsibilities you have, we are not the team for you. We pay only based on you meeting your key peformance indicators, metrics, quotas.
• You must sleep the same schedule 7 days a week, as this is a graveyard shift, you cannot switch back to the Philippines time zone on the weekends as this destroys your health. Your Health is our priority, and if you don’t value your own health we don’t want you on our team.
• You must be honest and have integrity. If you are caught lying, you will be immediately terminated.
• You must want to Earn your pay instead of being given a pay that you didn’t earn.

Workstation Requirements

• You must have a separate quiet room to work in. You can not have your children or anybody else in the room that you work as your screen will be displaying confidential information, no exceptions.
• There can not be any background noise in your room when you are making phone calls.
• You will be required to provide photos of your workspace
• We will also randomly ask you to show your workspace via your webcam, and if you are caught lying you will be fired immediately.

Computer and Internet Requirements:

• Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 100 Mbps
• Secondary and Tertiary Back up Internet of not less than 10 Mbps
• At least one Power Station Backup
• Dual Monitor
• Intel Core i3 or higher Operating System with at least 8gb ram
• Excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam

Reasons our Team will Not be a good Fit for you:

• If you believe you should be paid because you showed up for work
• If you believe that because you put in the effort you deserve to be paid
• If you are looking to be paid a high base salary
• If you are looking for a guaranteed base salary even if you don’t meet your quotas, KPIs and metrics
• You believe completing tasks is a sign of generating results. We define this as effort, Not results.
• You believe you should still be paid the same even though other team members had to step in to help you do your job
• If you think working from home means you can do housework or other non work related activities during your work hours. We call this lying as you are asking a company to pay you while you are not doing work for that company.
• If you think you can switch back to the Philippine time zone on the weekends, and then flip back to cst time zone on Monday. This destroys your health, and we want no part in destroying other peoples health, even if it’s ok for you.

Work Schedule:

• U.S. Central Standard Time (Graveyard Shifts in Philippines/Indonesia) = roughly around 8am to 6pm cst.
