Creative Operations & Faith-Driven Support

POSITION: Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Creative + Operational Support)

LOCATION: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)

HOURS: 5–10 hours/week to start

START DATE: Flexible – Ideally July 2025

You are a faith-filled creative and detail-loving woman who feels called to beauty, ministry, and

meaningful storytelling. You’re energized by aesthetics, tech, and words that touch hearts. You

understand how sacred and powerful it is to help women feel seen, loved, and rooted in God

through handcrafted jewelry and inspiring messages.

You’re a self-starter who thrives on mission-driven work and loves working behind the scenes

to bring vision to life.

Milk Velvet Pearls is a Christian jewelry brand that shares the truth, beauty, and power of God’s

grace through modern, meaningful, made-to-order pearl jewelry. Each piece is designed from

Sarah's personal triumphant story of surviving a brain aneurysm rupture, 5-day brain bleed,

and subarachnoid hemorrage stroke—created to remind women that our greatest beauty can

be born out of our deepest struggles.

& Content:

• Write or refine marketing copy for emails, product pages, and social posts
• Organize, schedule, and occasionally design Instagram content via Later or Canva
• Create engaging and shoppable pins for Pinterest.
• Format and upload short devotional content, blog posts, or quotes into Shopify or email

platform

• Help edit /update /optimize product photos and listings with clarity and beauty.

Website & Tech:

• Edit and maintain product pages, home page banners, and collection pages on Shopify to

optimize SEO

• Create or maintain Notion/Google Sheet dashboards for content, sales, or launches
• Help organize Dropbox/Google Drive photo or content folders

Creative Assistance:

• Listen to voice memos and help extract and polish captions or newsletter copy
• Suggest ways to repurpose existing content for new offers (journal, course, etc.)
• Strong writing and editing skills with a heart-centered, faith-aligned tone
• Aesthetic eye for beauty, color, and language
• Experience with Shopify (required)
• Comfortable with Canva, Later/Planoly, Google Docs/Sheets
• Understanding of Christian voice, scripture tone, and purpose-driven content
• Organized, communicative, and self-managing
• Are local to Tampa Bay, and may want to assist with trunk shows & photo shoots
• Have worked with Christian entrepreneurs or jewelry brands
• Enjoy devotional writing, Pinterest, or storytelling
• Have an interest in course platforms (Kajabi, Teachable) or email marketing tools (Flodesk,
