Job summary

Gooseneck Implement is seeking a full-time Virtual Ag Technician to enroll in the John Deere Ag Tech Virtual Program. You will work at a Gooseneck location full-time while attending online coursework, gaining hands-on experience in the service department and performing basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment.

The program requires completion of online coursework weekly and four days of hands-on work; graduates may receive a permanent assignment at another location and join a

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Pursuing AAS degree in John Deere Tech program.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

Actively participates in service-related project assignments at the dealership.
Works full-time at dealer location while attending online coursework.
Shadows personnel to gain experience in service department.
Performs basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and AMS products.
Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs for skill development.
Keeps knowledge of John Deere and competitor products up to date.
