Job summary

Gooseneck Implement is hiring a full-time Virtual Ag Technician who will enroll in the John Deere Ag Tech Virtual Program through Arkansas State University–Beebe. You will work full-time at the dealer while completing online coursework, shadow senior staff, and gain hands-on experience in the service department.

The program runs concurrently with on-the-job training, includes safety and AMS product work, and may lead to a permanent assignment after graduation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Beebe admission requirements must be met.
• Pursuing John Deere Tech AAS degree with GPA 2.0+.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in service-related project assignments at the dealership.
• Work at dealer location full-time while attending school online.
• Shadow personnel to gain experience in the service department.
• Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and AMS products.
• Participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs for skill development.
• Maintain knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Follow safety rules and complete required reports and forms.
• Account for all time on timecards and material used.
