Job summary

Gooseneck Implement in Bowman, ND seeks a full-time Virtual Ag Technician to participate in the John Deere Ag Tech Virtual Program via Arkansas State University–Beebe. You will work in the dealership’s service department while taking online coursework.

The program pays $24 per hour in the first year and $26 per hour in the second year, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and supplemental coverages.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Meets the admission requirements set by Arkansas State University – Beebe.
• Pursuing an AAS Degree in John Deere Tech program.
• Maintain at least a 2.0 GPA while in the program.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in service-related project assignments at the dealership.
• Works at dealer location full-time while attending online coursework.
• Shadows selected personnel to gain service department experience.
• Performs basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and AMS products.
• Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs for skill development.
• Keeps knowledge of John Deere and competitive products up to date.
• Follows all safety rules and regulations for work tasks.
• Completes all reports and forms for work assignments.
• Accounts for time and materials used on assigned duties.
