Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of sales/marketing experience in construction supplies with a proven track record.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve top-line sales targets with division and local market goals.
• Establish and develop key distributor relationships with marketing, training, and rebates.
• Develop full-year plans to grow the business with major distributors.
• Coordinate objectives and marketing plans with distributors.
• Learn channel pricing structures and programming.
