Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager in Dallas, TX. This field-based role focuses on achieving sales targets through DEWALT, STANLEY, and other brands with distributor partners. Travel is required locally and overnight as needed.

You will build strong distributor relationships, coordinate marketing plans, and drive yearly growth with top partners, leveraging a deep product portfolio and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with a proven track record.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel daily, up to 50% locally and 10% overnight.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
