Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a guest services associate to deliver exceptional experiences at our venues in Las Vegas. You will welcome guests, assist with reservations in the Vinyl Room and House of Blues, and maintain a safe, vibrant atmosphere.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, flexible with late hours, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in live entertainment or hospitality is a plus, with an emphasis on safety and guest

Qualifications

• State or County Licensee or Certification Requirement/ Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent.
• 3 years work experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, guest relations, problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Give proper recognition to Vinyl Members, Live Nation Executives and VIPs.
• Serve as a resource of information for Members regarding their experience in Vinyl Room and House of Blues.
• Provide assistance to Members regarding reservation timing.
• Communicate effectively with others to enhance members’ experience.
• Maintain contact with Manager, Chef, Bartender, and Server.
• Observe Lounge area and Podium to uphold ambiance.
• Adapt vocabulary to current audience and social context.
• Maintain exemplary grooming standards.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure safety by proactive interaction.
• Prevent and resolve altercations among guests.
• Lead guests and employees in emergency evacuation procedures.
• Circulate through work area to maintain control.
• Check IDs for guests under 30 drinking alcohol.
