Fine Entertainment Management seeks a security host to deliver outstanding guest service at our Las Vegas venue. You will help maintain a warm, safe environment, check identifications for age verification, and respond to incidents promptly under direction from Security leadership.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to de-escalate conflicts, and adherence to venue policies and health/safety guidelines. Experience in security or guest services is preferred.

Formación

• Provides superior customer service to guests.
• Ability to apply verbal judo concepts to manage irate or intoxicated guests.
• Must hold Alcohol Awareness Card and LVMPD Sheriff’s Card.
• Ability to check IDs and verify age.
• Maintain visibility and enforce conduct standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior levels of customer service to all guests.
• Maintain a safe atmosphere for all guests and team members.
• Apply verbal judo concepts when interacting with intoxicated or irate guests.
• Report safety or security incidents to Security Director and General Manager.
• Escort guests from the premises as directed by management.
• Market the venue’s app and social media presence.
