Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries about venues and packages; provide information and answer guest questions.
• Greet walk-in guests and offer assistance.
• Respond to lead inquiries and forward to management when required by policy.
• Assist Wedding Managers with planning and execution of wedding ceremonies.
• Open/close Wedding Salons and manage seating, banking, and transactions.
• Coordinate transportation, room reservations, and Salon appointments.
• Generate contracts and payment portals; process payments.
• Confirm all guest appointments and prep decor for weddings.
