Resorts World Las Vegas LLC seeks a Director of Villa Services to lead all villa operations and deliver a Forbes Five-Star guest experience. You will guide villa teams, set bespoke service standards, and ensure flawless pre-arrival to post-stay experiences for high-value guests.

The role requires strategic planning, strong financial oversight, and the ability to partner with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and VIP services to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, management, or related field.
• Minimum seven (7) years in a similar role, or five (5) years in progressive hotel management positions.
• Experience leading a team of 50–100 employees.
• Strong financial background with budget responsibility over $5 million annually.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of all Villa Services, ensuring Forbes Five-Star standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Villa Service teams to foster anticipatory service and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement bespoke service standards and guest touchpoints across the guest journey.
• Oversee pre-arrival planning, in-house experience, and post-stay follow-up to exceed expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Culinary, Casino/VIP, and Engineering.
