Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a VIP Travel Consultant (Remote) in the United States to deliver high-touch service to executive travelers, handling requests via phone and email and guiding them with travel details.

You will use Sabre and other BCD tools to search and confirm reservations, ensure policy compliance, and handle regulations (DOT/TSA/passports). Flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed; generous benefits and remote-friendly culture.

• Experience in VIP travel.
• Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes.
• Strong skills in GDS Sabre.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Elite 24 After-Hours must be flexible. Evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Shift differential pending on shift assigned

Responsibilities

• Perform high-touch service to key client travelers and handle incoming requests via multiple channels.
• Primary point of contact for executive-level travelers with active travel consultation.
• Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests.
• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers.
• Guide customers per travel policy and provide consultation.
• Fulfill all requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.
• Understand travel supplier rules and maintain knowledge of travel industries.
• Maintain current knowledge of the state of various travel industries.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:30am – 6pm CST

In this role, you will perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers and be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.).

You will be the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers and provide active travel consultation, including providing travel details and up-selling related products.

As a VIP Travel Agent, you will

Expertly use the appropriate the BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests

Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer

Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer

Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)

Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules

Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported

About you

Experience in VIP travel

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of VIP Travel Consultant is between $50,000 and $65,000 . The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
