Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a VIP Travel Agent to join our remote team in the United States. You will deliver high-touch service to key client travelers, handling inquiries via phone and email, while ensuring compliant and efficient travel arrangements. This role operates Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

CT. Essential duties include using BCD systems, confirming reservations, guiding clients on travel policies, and managing regulatory requirements (DOT, TSA, visas).

Qualifications

• VIP travel experience is required.
• Knowledge of travel policies and processes.
• Proficient in Sabre GDS.

Responsibilities

• Use travel tools and systems to complete requests.
• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers.
• Guide customers on travel policy and provide consultation.
• Handle regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas).

What You'll Do

• Expertly use the appropriate the BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
• Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer
• Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules
• Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported

What You'll Bring

• Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
• Strong skills in GDS Sabre
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of VIP Travel Consultant is between $50,000 and $68,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.

This position requires flexibility regarding work schedules. Assignments may include day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs.
