Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a VIP Travel Consultant to deliver high-touch service to executive travelers. You will handle requests across phone and email, provide travel details, and up-sell related products. This is a remote, full-time role based in the United States.

Responsibilities include reservations, policy-guided consultation, and ensuring compliance with travel regulations. You will work with Amadeus GDS, maintain industry knowledge, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in VIP travel
• Knowledge of travel industry policies and procedures
• Proficient in Amadeus GDS

• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
• Guide customers according to client travel policies and provide consultation

VIP Travel Agent (Remote)

In this role, you will perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers and be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.).

You will be the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers and provide active travel consultation, including providing travel details and up-selling related products.

What You'll Do

• Expertly use the appropriate the BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests

Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer

Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer

Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)

Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules

Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported

What You'll Bring

Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes

Strong skills in GDS Amadeus

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of VIP Travel Consultant is between $50,000 and $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.

This position requires flexibility regarding work schedules. Assignments may include day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs.
