Job summary

Museum of the Bible in Washington, DC is seeking a VIP Tour Associate to lead VIP and major donor tours and coordinate special experiences. You will manage guest relations, content understanding, and data entry for VIP activities while upholding the Museum’s mission and standards.

The role requires availability for evenings and weekends, and includes collaborating with the VIP Tours Supervisor to ensure exceptional guest experiences and confidentiality in donor interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in communications, Public Relations, Art, Marketing, Theater, Hospitality Management, Development, or related field.
• Certifications in hospitality, public speaking, development, public relations, or pertinent to public facing roles.
• At least two or more years in public speaking roles or interfacing with groups of varying sizes.

Responsibilities

• Work with the VIP Tours Supervisor and VIP team.
• Arrange and execute VIP and major donor visits.
• Input and track data pertaining to VIP and donor visits into SalesForce.
• Assist with special events and on-site production when needed.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
• Lead tours in a manner aligned with the Museum’s mission and voice.
