Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a hands-on Operations Leader for the Museum of the Bible location in Washington, DC. You will oversee daily food-service operations, staff allocation, and guest experiences, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across zones.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage a fast-paced environment and varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven quick service management and/or operations supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to articulate to the General Manager and staff.
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, organization, and planning abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Stock, prep, and staff the location daily with direct reports.
• Oversee operations for quick service, safety, quality, and guest service standards.
• Assign tasks, coach employees, and manage daily operations.
• Respond to guest feedback promptly and professionally.
• Maintain food safety, storage, labeling, and sanitation standards.
• Keep outlets and back dock areas clean and organized.
