Job summary

Museum of the Bible seeks a Planned Giving Associate to support its planned giving program and donor relations. The role involves cultivating opportunities, coordinating communications, and stewarding legacy gifts in partnership with the Director of Planned Giving and Development team.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationship skills, attention to detail, and a passion for biblical stewardship. The position may involve evenings and weekends as required and requires up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience in planned giving, nonprofit development, fundraising, donor relations, or relationship management preferred.
  • Knowledge of donor stewardship principles and charitable gift planning concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and prospective donors to identify planned giving opportunities.
  • Educate and guide donors regarding charitable gift planning options.
  • Steward Marie Green Legacy Society members through engagement focused on generosity and Kingdom impact.
  • Manage donor cultivation activities and maintain accurate records and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Direct Response teams to support campaigns and events.
  • Review donor records to identify qualified planned giving prospects.
