Job summary

AEG is seeking a Premium Services Manager for the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. You will oversee communications for a premium seating client base, serve as the main contact for members, and ensure accurate voucher creation and CRM reporting.

You’ll also educate clients on ordering software to drive sales. Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years in hospitality or customer service, strong leadership, and a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in hospitality or customer service.
• 4–6 years of related customer services experience in sales, arena, hotel, or retail.
• Experience leading, developing and coaching teams.
• Excellent people skills with professional, diplomatic interaction.
• Highly organized with strong coordinating and project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn business systems.
• Strong verbal and written English language skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of ticketing, CRM and/or food & beverage ordering software.
• Positive, results-oriented work style.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manages all Arena & theater event communications to Premium Seating members.
• Manages high call volume, emails; primary contact for Premium Seating members.
• Creates ticket vouchers in CRM and maintains reporting accuracy.
• Educate Suite Administrators and guests on online ordering software generating sales.
