Job summary

Caesars Digital in Las Vegas seeks a VIP Support Supervisor to lead a dedicated team serving our premier digital guests. You will oversee daily operations, handle escalations, and drive performance while ensuring policy and gaming regulation compliance.

Collaborating with VIP Hosting, Payments, Promotions, iCasino, Compliance, and more, you will mentor staff, monitor metrics, and implement improvements for guest-first experiences across digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Preferred experience in gaming, hospitality, sports betting, iGaming, customer operations, or related industry.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the VIP Support team, ensuring service levels, quality standards, and performance objectives are met.
• Deliver exceptional support and resolution for complex guest escalations with professionalism and urgency.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through feedback, training, and performance management.
• Maintain staffing levels and schedule coverage across shifts while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with multiple business units to enhance service effectiveness and report performance insights.
