Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a VIP stand supervisor to oversee stand workers, coordinate setup/closing, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with food and alcohol policies. You will maintain stock, complete required paperwork, and support guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires knowledge of POS systems, strong customer service, and the ability to fill any position as needed. A high school diploma and reliability are required, with some college preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two to four years in a fast-paced high-end club, restaurant or catering setting.
• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized and proactive in a busy venue.
• Must read, write and understand English; punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises stand workers in the VIP area and coordinates set-up and closing procedures.
• Ensures stations are clean and stocked; orders replacement stock as needed.
• Maintains paperwork accuracy and enforces alcohol policies.
• Oversees food prep to meet Legends and health board guidelines.
• Fills in for any position when needed and counts inventory at closing.
