Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a dedicated supervisor for the VIP stand to oversee staff, assist with setup and closing duties, and maintain compliant, clean work stations. You will manage inventory, ensure accurate paperwork, and enforce alcohol and health policies across events.

The role requires strong guest service skills, team leadership, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. A hospitality background is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better required, some post-secondary preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or venue operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate stand workers in the VIP area and assist with setup and closing procedures.
• Maintain clean, stocked work stations and manage inventory counts.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Enforce alcohol policies and health guidelines for food preparation.
• Coordinate schedules and ensure staff coverage for events and holidays.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues to exceed expectations.
