Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a VIP stand supervisor to coordinate stand workers, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold health and safety standards across events. You will count stock, prep, and assist with closing procedures while maintaining high service levels for guests in a fast-paced venue.

Role requires knowledge of food and beverage menus, staff scheduling, and the ability to fill in different positions as needed. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in fast-paced high-end clubs, restaurants, or catering.
• High School Diploma; some college preferred.
• Proactive, self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize.
• Detail-oriented and able to read and maintain information.
• Able to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and stay punctual.
• Good English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to policies.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Know the POS system, including voids, credit card issues, and closing procedures.
• Input daily event sheets and daily reports.
• Collaborate with customer service to improve guest experience.
• Perform inventory at assigned locations.
• Manage area schedules, changes, printing, posting.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
• Interact with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Understand the venue layout and assigned area details.
• Deliver personal service with attention to detail exceed expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and proper sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash control.
• Work with other departments to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Meet health requirements for food handlers and alcohol services.
